Who can use it

The platform is for adults aged 18 and over only. By entering you declare that you are 18 or older and of legal age in your country.

Your access is personal and non-transferable.

What you are buying

You are buying access, for the period you choose, to the selected model's private Telegram channel.

Payment is one-time: there is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. When the period ends, getting back in requires a new purchase.

The access link is sent to the email you provided and also appears on your order page.

Content

Content belongs to each model. PrivilegyFans does not author the material published in the channels.

Copying, recording, downloading, redistributing or publishing the content anywhere is prohibited, as is sharing your access link.

Breaking this means immediate removal without refund, plus any applicable legal action.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by third parties. PrivilegyFans does not store card data.

Because this is digital content with immediate access, once the link is delivered there is no refund, except for a proven platform failure.

If your payment was confirmed and you did not receive the link, message us and we will sort it out.

Suspension

We may suspend or close access in cases of fraud, harassment, abusive automation, reverse engineering or any illegal activity.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
